With murderous mushrooms back in the media, let’s take a moment to appreciate the safe kind… the kind we actually love. 🍄

Mushrooms are delicious, versatile, and criminally underrated.

Grilled, roasted, sautéed, stuffed, blended into soups, tossed through pastas or salads — they add that earthy, umami-rich magic to almost any dish.

They’re also:

✅ Packed with B vitamins, selenium & antioxidants
✅ A brilliant meat alternative in veg-forward meals
