  • Orders must be placed by Friday each week to secure delivery for the following week.

    We recommend ordering early so you don’t miss out on your favourites.

  • All meal deliveries are made on Thursdays.

  • We deliver across Townsville and surrounding areas.

    If you’re unsure whether we service your location, please get in touch with us.

  • Your meals will be safely delivered to your nominated address.

    If you won’t be home, we recommend leaving an esky or cooler in a safe place to keep your meals fresh.

  • How long do fresh meals last?

    Fresh meals should be stored in the fridge and enjoyed by the use-by date listed on the label.

  • Yes — most meals can be frozen if needed.

    We recommend freezing them as soon as possible after delivery.

    Please note: salads should not be frozen, as they are designed to be enjoyed fresh.

  • All meals come with simple heating instructions on the packaging for your convenience.
